Ticketed for Not Speaking English

A cop in Dallas ticketed a woman for not speaking English. Here’s a short video clip on this story about racism directed toward Latino folks (2:23):

It’s ok though, because the cop has apologized.

    I am tired of apologies, I live in South Africa and the situation remains much the same, racists events occur, there is outrage, the offender apoligises and becuase of the ideology of reconciliation everybody accepts.
    The cycle repeats because there are no consequences, beyond a most likely false apology
